Application details you provide: name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, your area of interest, and any message you include when you request a consultation or enquire about a piece.
Basic technical data: standard web logs and, where enabled, privacy-conscious analytics about how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate region, device type).

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry and arrange your private consultation — this is the sole purpose of the application form.
To maintain a record of our correspondence if you become a client.
To understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site.

How it is handled

Application details are stored securely in our client-management system (HubSpot) and are accessible only to Centurion Conversions.
We never sell, rent, or share your details with third parties for their marketing.
We contact you only about your enquiry or commission unless you ask to hear from us more broadly, and you may opt out at any time.

Retention

Enquiry details are retained while your enquiry or commission is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, warranty, and legal purposes, then deleted.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under UK/EU GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal information, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these, contact us at enquiries@centurionconversions.com — we respond within one business day.

Cookies

This site uses only the cookies necessary for it to function and, where enabled, minimal analytics. We do not use advertising cookies without asking you first.
